Within 48–72 hours, we’ll send you a rough custom preview of your rug along with any questions we may have. Review the design, suggest edits if needed, and once approved, we’ll finalize the quote.

Once you approve the design, we’ll collect a 50% advance payment to begin crafting your custom rug. The remaining 50%will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) when your rug arrives. You’ll receive updates throughout the process — and once it’s in your hands, it’s all yours to style and show off.
