How to Order?

Step 1:
Visit the Custom Order page and upload any image or file for your custom rug. Provide the necessary details and place your order. (Please note: If you select a custom size, the payment for the adjusted size will be collected upon delivery. You will receive updates via email.)

Step 2:
You can expect to receive an email from us within 48-72 hours containing a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your rug, along with some questions if needed. Please review and approve the design, and respond to our questions, as this information helps us create the perfect rug tailored just for you!

Step 3:
If you've opted for a custom size, the remaining payment will be collected with cash on delivery. Once your rug arrives, you can style it however you like in your space and make it truly your own! Feel free to experiment with different placements to elevate your room's vibe.

- Hand-tufted rugs take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.
